At Kezzy Rezzy, each piece is carefully handcrafted, making every item unique and custom-made. Due to the nature of our work, we have the following returns and refunds policy:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Since our products are made-to-order and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or repair where possible.
If a replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
3. Colour & Design Variations
Each product is handcrafted, meaning that colour tones, resin patterns, and wood grains may vary slightly from the images shown. These variations are part of the artistic nature of our pieces and do not qualify as defects.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if there is a problem with the craftsmanship, please reach out, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, work may have already begun, and cancellations will not be possible.
