Can I request a custom colour or design?

How do I care for my handcrafted resin products?
Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth—avoid harsh chemicals.
For wooden pieces, occasional polishing with a natural oil-based wood conditioner can help maintain their beauty.
What if an item is marked as "Sold"?
If an item is marked "Sold," that exact piece is no longer available. However, you can still order a similar design by adding it to your cart, and we’ll create a one-of-a-kind piece inspired by it.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Our standard lead time is 7-21 days for custom orders as each item is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within South Africa. If you're outside of SA and interested in an item, please contact us to discuss possible shipping options.
What sizes are available for clocks and chairs?
Our clocks come in four sizes, and our chairs are available in three sizes. Please refer to the images and shop page for size references. If you need a specific size, feel free to inquire!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist.
